These terms apply to the Pepful LLC website and launch list. By using the website or joining the list, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

About Pepful

Pepful is a pageant preparation app for planning, guided practice, content planning, contacts, style, wellbeing and a year of service. The website introduces the product before launch. Product screens use sample data; the app is not available through the launch-list form.

Pepful is independent of pageant organizations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We do not provide official competition rules or guarantee any competition result. Confirm event requirements directly with the organizer.

Age and permission

The launch list is for people age 13 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of these services.

Launch announcements

Joining the launch list is free. You authorize Pepful LLC to send launch announcements to the address you provide. Use an address you own or are authorized to use. You can withdraw by emailing hello@pepful.app or replying to an announcement.

Signing up is not a purchase, subscription or reservation of access. It does not guarantee early access, a discount or a particular membership price. Launch timing may change; we will update the website if it does.

App access and purchases

Pricing, membership details and any app-specific terms will be presented before you create an app account or make a purchase. There is no payment or automatic renewal associated with this launch list.

Using the website

You may browse the website for personal information about Pepful. Do not submit someone else’s email without permission, send spam, interfere with the website, attempt to bypass access controls or use the site unlawfully.

Website content

Pepful LLC and its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding, text, designs and images. You may link to public pages. These terms do not give you permission to reproduce or commercially redistribute the website or product materials.

Preparation and wellbeing information

Our materials support personal preparation and reflection. They do not replace guidance from your competition organizer, coach or qualified health professional. Wellbeing content is general educational support, not medical care or treatment. No exercise or preparation tool guarantees a particular outcome.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle website and launch-list information and how to contact us about it.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version and effective date here. Changes apply prospectively. You can stop using the website or leave the launch list at any time.
